Step 3 - Finalise Pricing

Once we have received your quotation request, one of our sales advisors will contact you to discuss the next steps and advise you of any additional costs.  


If you have chosen to have your glasses or boxes printed, there will be some one-time tooling costs as follows:

  • Glass print screen:  £100 per design.  Required to print glassware.  The MOQ for printed glass is 500 units per design.
  • Foil Blocking Die:  £50-£100 per design.  Required to print artwork onto boxes. Price depends on size of print area.


If your products are unbranded, or are using previously purchased tooling, there are no additional costs.  

You can also supply us with labels on reels, which we will usually fit free of charge.  Details on label requirements can be found on the various product pages.


Before proceeding with your main order, we strongly recommend that you order a full set of approval samples.  These are priced as follows:

  • £10:  75g candles
  • £15:  165g-220g candles
  • £20:  3-Wick candles
  • £10:  Diffusers

Approval samples are full-size samples of your products which can either be branded or unbranded.  If you require branded samples, you must have paid for any tooling in advance.  Approval sample fees are non refundable, so like tooling, should be factored into overall project costs.


Having discussed tooling costs, approval samples and shipping with you, our sales team will update your quotation to include these additional costs (where applicable).  You will then be able to access your Final Quotation from your online account.  You will also receive the final quotation via email.
