This information can be found in the product description and includes product name, ingredient list, a 12m symbol, country of origin and Candle Shack’s abbreviated Responsible Person details. Once completed, please send clear and legible images of any labels you plan to attach to your product – these can be sent as label proofs or images of the labels attached to your bottle – to regulatory@candle-shack.co.uk. We aim to notify all products to the UK cosmetic portal within 10 working days of receipt of your email. Once notified, you will receive confirmation of this. You can change the product name without any additional steps.
EU: Add the label information in full to your soap and lotion range. If you are happy to leave the product name unchanged, i.e. 'Black Pomegranate Hand Wash', this is the only step required to sell. If you wish to change the name of the product, you will need to notify the change of name via the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP). A tutorial can be found in the product description, along with the CPNP reference of the product and our Responsible Person details which will be required to notify the CPNP. Once the product name is changed, you can sell the product under the new product name. Please note that the remaining label information must be added in full, including our abbreviated RP details.
